TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Madi Caldicott to you. Upon booking a makeup application with Madi Caldicott you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

MAKING A BOOKING
 

Booking a makeup application can be made up to 2 hours before if places are still available. Booking is fully secured upon Timely. Single-person Makeup Bookings are held at Madi's studio in Cannon Hill whilst bookings over a group of 3 qualify for travel.
 

WEDDING MAKEUP BOOKINGS
 

Weddings are only booked via Email not through booking online.
Your bridal trial must be booked and completed at a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
All Wedding makeup Bookings Require a $200 deposit to secure your reservation and are not refundable under any circumstances.
 

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS
 

All makeup appointments require a non-refundable $40 deposit and require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your booking, otherwise, your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
 

PHOTOSHOOTS

Photoshoots are booked via email. Travel fees may apply and a fee to stay for touch-ups during the shoot.

 

PAYMENT
 

Wedding deposits are to be paid via bank. The remaining balance for your booking is to be paid a week prior to your wedding.
Every other booking is made through Timely.

Payment types include card or cash.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS
 

If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify Madi in accordance and your deposit will be kept as a credit for future bookings or you can reschedule your booking. 
 

TRAVEL
 

A travel fee is applicable for bookings outside of Madi's studio location. Please contact Madi in discussing travel fees.
 

PARKING
 

In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.
 

PERSONAL INFORMATION
 

Madi Caldicott requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Madi Caldicott have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterized, for example, eczema, sensitive skin, and eyes.
 

PHOTOGRAPHS
 

Madi Caldicott reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes with your consent.
